Food is the fuel for our body, without it we couldn’t live, so it is important that we have enough. However food comes in a huge variety and it is hard to assess what is good and what isn’t. It can also be hard to know what quantity we are allowed. It can be very easy to indulge in unhealthy foods and as a nation; the temptation for it is everywhere.
