Why Personal Training

SuccessVerticalPersonal Training is about teamwork. Once we have established what it is you want to achieve I will structure a suitable programme to work together to make your goals a reality.

Services

  • Initial Consultation

    A free initial consultation will provide us the chance to speak about your requirements and what you want to achieve. From there I will have a greater understanding of how I can help you and then structure suitable programmes.

  • Cardiovascular Training Programmes

    Whether your goal is a 5km race or a marathon I will devise a programme suited to your needs and to gain fitness in the most effective way possible.

  • Strength Conditioning Training

    We can use a variety of equipment to work the muscles to either tone up or improve muscular strength.

  • Circuit Training

    This is an excellent way of combining both cardiovascular fitness and muscle strength to provide an all-inclusive workout. I can tailor the circuits programme to make it specific for you.

  • Fitness Boxing

    There is an intense cardiovascular fitness element combined with an upper body and core strength requirement to achieve an all body workout.

  • Resistance Bands

    These are a great way to tone up and increase muscle definition and it can be carried out in any environment. With varying degree of resistance the exercises are a great alternative work out.

  • Nutritional Advice

    As part of your on-going personal training sessions I will be guiding and advising you on your diet to help make the food you consume best advocate your training.
